IPA AGAIN

Hello all

Sorry it’s been a while no excuses just been a bit lax

Well today back in the brewery after brewing potting hell which has proved to be proper fally over water. I have another crack at potting shed IPA.

Early indications are good. OG spot on at 1057. It’s now in the ‘the chamber’ cooling ready for the yeast to be pitched.

Once that’s been in there for a day and actively fermenting the dry hop of Nelson sauvin will be dropped in.

I can honestly say this brew has gone like clockwork. Proper happy with the way it went.

I am currently out of grain so if there is one off the menu you want to try let me know and I’ll give it a bash. You never know you might even get to try it. 😝.

I am thinking in the near future I want to get some real opinions on how this thing is progressing so a taste testing might be on the cards. Let me know if you fancy getting drunk and tasting some beer and toward the back end of the year I might see if something can be arranged.
