Its been a while

Firstly sorry for the radio silence.

Lots of cogitating and ruminating has been going on. Baby steps have been taken to make this little shed of mine a proper brewer and to be able to get the beer out of the door and into your hands.

Secondly thank you all that have been on the site and on the face book page. It is really appreciated.. There is also a you tube chanel in the offing. So if you are really desperate you might get to hear my dulcete tones and see my ugly mug waffling on about beer and how I make it.

Thirdly, well why have I been quiet?

Well........ The decision has been made to try to put this on a proper footing and to see if we can make this brewery idea into a thing that actually exist as a proper thing and bring these beers to the world.

So to that end lisences have been applied for and plans are being hatched. Advice is being sought. (mainly people saying dont youll loose ya shirt) I am really hopeful that sometime next year Ill be able to liven up the shop in the website and you all can try the beer and hopefully you might see the pump clip in a pub. ( pump clip..... get me)

All of that takes a bit time an effort (and sole searching) so along with the brewing of beer it has taken up a bit of head space and time.

If anyone has any ideas or burning desire i am always open to brew requests I am willing to give anything a go. ( beer that is)
