Trying New Toys

Feel the pressure building as brew day approaches.

heheh i have nrew toys t play with either this or the next brew day will be done with the new fermzilla pressure fermetor.

The next couple of weeks will be setiing it all up and getting used to how its gunna work. SOOOOOO a bit of change in the shed coming up.

hopefully this will address some of the capcity issues i have had and speed things along abit. But more importantly it should improve the consistancy of the beers and make it easier to reprodcue the same beer time and time again.

watch this space and watch the shed explode as it get it spectaculaly wrong.
